Parenting to Heal™

Children and teenagers with emotional and behavioral struggles can experience healing when the adults caring for them use therapeutic parenting. We're here to show you how.

Attachment, Trauma & Adoption

Whether joining their families by birth or adoption, when children have trauma as babies they can grow to be difficult to connect with and to dysregulate often. We're here to help those kids reattach and heal, and their caregivers.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is like having an unspoken, healing conversation with the parts of your brain that protect you from difficult things. We're here to help you experience it.

Billy Kaplan, LCSW

Billy works with individuals, couples and families primarily using an attachment-focused, trauma-informed approach. He specializes in working with adolescents and families, especially those that formed through adoption.

Trust is at the center of Heather’s approach to therapy. She takes pride in her ability to build a positive therapeutic relationship based on trust to assist people with making meaning of their past, present, and future. 7/30/24: Heather is not currently accepting new clients.
