TreeHouse Health is in-network with

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO
  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield Blue Choice
  • United Healthcare (UBH)
  • Aetna

We will submit claims for clients who have one of those insurance carriers. TreeHouse Health will verify benefits before beginning services and let you know about your out-of-pocket expenses. Benefits verification is not a guarantee of insurance payment.

For all other insurance carriers, clients will be responsible for the full fee when the service is rendered. As a courtesy to you, TreeHouse Health can file out-of-network claims on your behalf electronically. Payment may be made by cash, credit card, check, or HSA/FSA card.

If you have any questions regarding your coverage, please call our Practice Manager at 847-256-2000 ext. 202.

Cancellation Policy

 

We know that life can be busy and complex. The House Calls Counseling psychotherapist will work with you to schedule appointments at a time that works for both you and your psychotherapist. Therefore, we ask that you contact your therapist at least twenty-four hours in advance if you need to cancel a session, except in cases of emergency. Appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the usual rate.
